Fresh Salsa

A quick and easy fresh salsa.

Ingredients

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 seeded jalapenos minced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbs cilantro
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dice 6 Roma tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper and 1/2 red onion.
  • De-seed 2 Jalapenos and then mince them.
  • In a large bowl combine the diced tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion and jalapenos.
  • Then add the garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, olive oil, cilantro and lime juice.
  • Mix well.
  • Put into the refrigerator and let the flavors mix for at least an hour.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
