Garlic Herb Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Unsalted Butter 1 Stick
  • ¾ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions

  • Place 1 stick of unsalted butter into a medium bowl
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice to the bowl and mix.
  • Finely chop the herbs and add them to the mixture.
  • Spoon the butter onto a piece of parchment or plastic wrap.
  • Twist into a roll and refrigerate till hard. Roughly 2 hours.
  • Slice into discs and serve over a perfectly cooked steak.
