Garlic Herb Compound Butter

Unsalted Butter
1 Stick

Lemon Juice

Thyme
Instructions
Place 1 stick of unsalted butter into a medium bowl
Add salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice to the bowl and mix.
Finely chop the herbs and add them to the mixture.
Spoon the butter onto a piece of parchment or plastic wrap.
Twist into a roll and refrigerate till hard. Roughly 2 hours.
Slice into discs and serve over a perfectly cooked steak.
