Shiny Cookie Icing

The perfect shiny cookie icing. This icing is easy to make, easy to use and gives the perfect shiny appearance when dried.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tsp warm water
  • 1 tbs corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the confectioners' sugar, water, vanilla and corn syrup with a whisk. Continue to mix until smooth.
  • Portion out the icing and color if desired.
