A simple but delicious side dish that is reminiscent of spoon bread.

  • 9x13 Pan

Ingredients

  • 14.75 oz Creamed Corn 1 regular can
  • 8.75 oz Kernel Corn 1 small can
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  • 8 oz Butter, melted 1 stick

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients in a 9x13 pan.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  • When the top is golden brown and dry looking it is done
