Sherbet Float Cocktail (Capri Sun Strawberry Vodka Punch!)

Due to the pandemic, we are all stuck at home.  The problem with this is, that we are running low on ingredients for our favorite cocktails. So I decided to use what we had on hand.  It did not disappoint.  This cocktail uses one of our favorite childhood drinks mixed with a fruity sherbet.  As the sherbet melts the cocktail gets creamier and more delicious!

Pandemic Punch

Mix together both the Capri Sun Tropical Punch and Strawberry Vodka in a shaker full of ice.  Shake and strain into a glass.  Top with seltzer water.  Then float a scoop of rainbow sherbet on top.

As the sherbet melts you will get a nice ice cold sweetness that makes this cocktail amazing!

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Strawberry Vodka
• 1 Pouch Capri Sun Tropical Punch
• 3 oz Seltzer
• 1 scoop Rainbow Sherbet

Instructions

1. Mix together the Capri Sun and Strawberry Vodka in a shaker filled with Ice. Shake and strain into a glass.

2. Top with 3 oz of seltzer water.

3. Float a scoop of rainbow sherbet on top and serve.
