What to do this weekend in DC – (December 4 – December 6)

This weekend in DC is the start of the Holiday Season. I am a huge fan of the Holidays. Good food, good company and presents. You will find everything from Gingerbread House Contests to Swedish Christmas Bazaars.

Ice at the National Harbor – (Nov. 20 to Jan. 19)

You’ve never experienced the holidays quite like this… An exhilarating combination of entertainment and activities, where you’ll be amazed by a spectacular 60-foot fountain and the crescendos of a live, caroling choir; where you can create a gingerbread treat as tasty as it is fun to make; and where you’re guaranteed to see snowfall every night… inside the resort! And where you can explore a life-sized winter wonderland carved from ice.  Tickets are available online here.
