I love Noodles and Company. Their Wisconsin Mac and Cheese is my go-to — creamy Monterey Jack sauce on the bottom, macaroni on top, shredded cheddar to finish. You mix it all together at the table. After a few attempts I nailed it at home and honestly it might be better than the original.
