ultimate cookie

I am a huge fan of caramel and I needed a cookie that showed it. Dark brown sugar gives these a deep molasses-caramel base, then I loaded them up with caramel pieces and crushed pecans. These were some of the best cookies I have ever made and they did not last long in the house.
