Breakfast Potatoes

I love breakfast. Probably my favorite meal of the day. Mostly because it is the only meal where it is cool to eat bacon straight up. But secondly, because it is almost always served with potatoes. I love those crazy tubers. So I decided to whip up some potatoes. These potatoes are loaded with peppers and onions. 1. Didn't you mean to crumble bacon over that? 😉

Looks great, perfect to go along with some chorizo and eggs.

    1. It was missing some bacon. 🙁

Good call Chris. Although Chorizo and eggs sounds mighty good to me.
