Peppermint Patty Cocktail

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  Nothing says St. Patrick’s Day like a nice drink.  This cocktail is amazing!  Smooth, delicious and full of irish charm.  Chocolate and Peppermint make this cocktail a great refined cocktail.

Peppermint Patty Cocktail

Rim your favorite stemmed glass with cocoa powder or colored sugar.  To do this, lightly wet the edge of the glass then dip into your favorite rimming sugar or powder.

Peppermint Patty Cocktail

In a shaker full of ice add the creme de cocoa, peppermint schnapps and cream.

Shake and then strain into the glass.

Peppermint Patty

Optionally serve with a piece of chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 oz Creme de Cocoa
  • 3/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1/4 oz cream heavy or coffee

Method
 

  1. Rim your favorite stemmed glass with cocoa powder or colored sugar. To do this, lightly wet the edge of the glass then dip into your favorite rimming sugar or powder.
  2. In a shaker full of ice add the creme de cocoa, peppermint schnapps and cream.
  3. Shake and then strain into the glass.
  4. Optionally serve with a piece of chocolate.
