Espresso Martini ~ Thirsty Thursdays

I am officially bringing back my Thirsty Thursday posts! The past few years have been a little crazy. Raising young kids, dealing with COVID and the changing world, I just haven’t had the time to devote to the blog. But, I am officially back and what could be more fun (and necessary!) to focus on right now than cocktails?!

Dana asked me to come up with the perfect Espresso Martini recipe because it’s her new favorite cocktail. I was happy to oblige!

I tried a few different variations, but this one was by far Dana’s favorite. This martini has the perfect balance of espresso and vodka. It’s like drinking a cold, refreshing, creamy espresso shot with a nice kick.

For the espresso, you can use either fresh espresso (I like using our Nespresso machine to make the perfect espresso) or you can get a double shot of espresso chilled at your local grocery or convenience store (think Starbucks brand).

I hope you enjoy this delicious espresso martini! Cheers!
