The other night I was struggling to think of something to make for dinner. Then I saw this photo on SavorySights and I wanted stuffed peppers. So I modified the recipe a bit and created a stuffed pepper that was amazing. It was tasty and filling and best of all, easy to make. Stuffed Peppers – (adapted…

Hi Rex, I just wanted to let you know I made those amazing sweet potatoes you adapted from Ruth’s Chris. I got a little scared with the sugar, so I cut it down a little from your recipe, and it was still plenty sweet and very delicious! I waited until the day after Thanksgiving to really savor them and enjoy them all alone so there weren’t any distractions with the flavors. One word – YUM! Thanks for researching that recipe, we loved it! PS That Thermapen would have really come in handy on Thanksgiving, it was my first crack at cooking this meal and I found your website to be sooooo helpful with all the step by step photos. It made me feel like I had a teacher right in my kitchen! Thank You!
