Looks like the Express is quoting Spike'd Sundays as $15 for access. I've heard its a lot of fun so the extra $5 might be worth it.

You left out the big Grand Centennial Parade celebrating 100 years of Scouting. Starting at 1 PM on Constitution Ave. Floats, Bands, Giant Baloons and 1,000 Eagle scouts marching.
