I was watching TV the other day and saw and episode of Top Secret Recipe featuring cinnamon rolls. Â They looked delicious, so I had to make some for myself. Hi Rex, I just wanted to let you know I made those amazing sweet potatoes you adapted from Ruth’s Chris. I got a little scared with the sugar, so I cut it down a little from your recipe, and it was still plenty sweet and very delicious! I waited until the day after Thanksgiving to really savor them and enjoy them all alone so there weren’t any distractions with the flavors. One word – YUM! Thanks for researching that recipe, we loved it! PS That Thermapen would have really come in handy on Thanksgiving, it was my first crack at cooking this meal and I found your website to be sooooo helpful with all the step by step photos. It made me feel like I had a teacher right in my kitchen! Thank You!
