Quick Tuna Salad

There is no better sandwich than Tuna Salad. Ok, maybe that is a little subjective.  However, I love tuna salad.  We try to have tuna salad at least once a week.  This recipe is simple and delicious!

Tuna Salad

Quick Tuna Salad

Finely dice 1 tbs of celery and 1 tbs of red onion.

Finely dice onion and celery

Drain a 5oz can of tuna and add it to a bowl.  Then add the celery and red onion.

Add the ingredients

Next add 1 tbs of sweet relish and 1 tsp of mustard.

Mix together

Finally add 2 tbs of mayo and mix.  The picture above is way more yellow than it was in person.  I blame the sweet incandescent lights in my kitchen.

The perfect tuna salad

Serve on toasted bread with lettuce and tomato.

Ingredients
  • 5 oz can tuna
  • 1 tbs finely diced red onion
  • 1 tbs finely diced celery
  • 1 tbs sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbs mayo
  • 4 sliced bread toasted
Instructions

This tuna salad is awesome!
