Well it appears that I have swine flu. Since I am over 25 the ER told me to go home and take some tylenol. It was like a scene out of Seinfeld, “No tamiflu for you!!” After waiting 3 hours to get denied tamiflu they were nice and only charged me $18 for the two tylenol that they gave me. Hopefully I will be back blogging tomorrow. My fever is almost under control. On the bright side, the swine flu is the greatest diet plan ever. I have lost almost 8 pounds in 4 days. Take that biggest loser. Well I will be back tomorrow.

Wow!
I hope you feel better!
Hope you feel better!!
Get well soon. Plenty of chicken noodle soup (homemade and with lots of chicken fat floating on the top) should do the trick, That piggie flu will not know what hit it!
Rest and get better! Did they do the actual test, or are they assuming that’s what you have? Whatever it is, I’ve had it for weeks and it wipes you out. Take care of yourself!
Thanks to everyone for thinking of me. I am feeling better now. I did not get tested, but a couple of friends that I went out with that got sick too were confirmed with H1N1. The ER said that I was too old to be in the group that would be affected negatively. So they gave me Tylenol at $9 a pill and shipped me out. But a combination of Motrin, Tylenol and Chicken Noodle soup kicked it out of my system. Jason, I was not feeling good enough to make my own soup. I wish I could have. But, luckily there is a Panera Bread next door and they were good enough to sell me some chicken noodle soup. Not quite the kind with fat floating on top, but it worked. Thanks again everyone.

Rex, I hear you get swine flu from not eating enough pork. Smoke a butt and two spare ribs, that's my prescription:)
Chris – I loaded up on bacon yesterday. I think that the bacon might have single handedly killed the swine flu. I should probably make some pulled pork for some added security.
