This weekend is jam packed with events – everything from the Taste of Arlington and Taste of Wheaton to the Joint Service Open House and Airshow. It is a great weekend. Who doesn’t love an airshow? I am going to be at Memphis in May this weekend with the guys from Pork Barrel BBQ. We are competing, so wish us luck.

Taste of Wheaton
The Taste of Wheaton will feature: food samples from downtown Wheaton’s best restaurants at prices ranging from $1 to $5 per “taste”, Hispanic wine tasting (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Spain) hosted by Giramondo Wine Adventures, and live entertainment.
The Taste of Wheaton takes place on Sunday, May 16, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Wheaton Triangle at the corner of Grandview Avenue and Reedie Drive in downtown Wheaton (one block north of the Wheaton Metro station).
Joint Service Open House and Air Show
Yep, the Joint Service Air Show is this weekend at Andrews Air Force Base. I love a good airshow. As a child, my Parents would take me to the airshow in Muskegon, Michigan. It was awesome! Admission is free.
Open Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 5PM.
