Two years ago, the biggest party in all of New York happened. Â Yep, I got married. Â To celebrate my second Anniversary, Dana and I pulled out our crystal flutes and made some cocktails. Â Is there any other way to celebrate. Â Janine and Robb gave us a great bottle of Prosecco and there was no better time to open it up. Â We decided to make some Prosecco Mimosas. Â They were delicious and the perfect toast to our first two years. Â BTW – Happy Anniversary Dana!

I love Mimosas. And Prosecco (I'm half Italian). And adult beverages (I'm half Irish).
I could use one this morning to get me going…or to get me back to bed. Either way, don't care, I could use one.
