by So I know that I have been a little absent on the blog lately. Sorry but I have been away getting married to my beautiful bride Dana. It was an amazing wedding. We are honeymooning in St. Lucia. Already visited a chocolate plantation and have worked out a couple of Caribbean inspired dishes for when I get back. Sorry for the delay in posting. Very spotty internet in St. Lucia.
