Number 10
I love cauliflower! So this recipe is right up my alley. Roasted cauliflower with the dark crispy edges. Low in fat and if you use low-sodium soy sauce, low in sodium too. Amazing! It is the perfect side dish for any meal. However, it is an excellent side dish for Easter!
Number 9
This creamed spinach was awesome. As good or better than any I have ever eaten. Cook this on Easter for your loved ones. While the recipe is for two you can easily double, triple or quadruple the recipe as needed.
Number 8
Whipped Red Skin Potatoes
The only side that matters is mashed potatoes. Red skin potatoes are my favorite. They are not too starchy and they taste great. Since they have less starch, they whip up nicely. Plus, the skins look great and add texture. It gives the potatoes a homemade feel and further emphasizes to your dinner guests that you actually made real mashed potatoes.

There is no better side dish than corn. Â I love corn! Â Creamed Corn brings out all of the best flavors in corn. I especially love this dish with a nice sweet white and yellow corn. Â This recipe works great with frozen corn.
Number 6
A light and refreshing dessert that is awesome! Â These can also be had during dinner and palate cleanser.
Number 5
These carrots are boiled in a sweet brown sugar glaze that perfectly cooks the carrots and glazes them with a sweet flavorful glaze. These carrots are the perfect side for any entree, but elevate Easter with a tad bit of sweetness.
Number 4
I have said it and I will say it again. I love potatoes. They are tasty, filling, and go great with cheese. These potatoes are creamy and delicious. They have just enough goat cheese to taste the cheese without overpowering the potatoes. Amazing!!!
Number 3
There is no better side dish than a nice plate of green beans. I wanted to fancy things up so this is my version of Haricots Verts, AKA French style green beans. These are tasty as they are cooked with garlic and shallot. They also have a nice little bite from from red wine vinegar. Although this is not traditional it is my take and they are super tasty.
Number 2
A double smoked ham is the perfect holiday meal.  First, it is delicious!  Second, it is cooked outside on a grill or smoker and as a result you have an open oven inside for all of your side dishes.  Finally, it is fantastic looking and smelling.  This meal is a show stopper and will make your guests’ jaws hit the floor.
Number 1
Honey Baked Hams are delicious! Â However, recreating one for a fraction of the price is Awesome! Â This recipe uses a basic spiral sliced ham and dresses it up to be the most delicious ham ever.
