I love Chipotle!  It is delicious, so I decided to recreate a burrito bowl.  I utilized my fajitas seasoning, skirt steak, some black beans, cilantro lime rice, salsa and guacamole to create one of the greatest meals known to man.  Dana said it was her favorite meal ever!  That says a lot.  The combination of rice, black beans, meat and cheese is Amazing!
Steak Burrito Bowl
Add the skirt steak into a zip top bag.  Add 2 tbs olive oil and 3 tbs fajita seasoning.  Mix to coat the skirt steak and then allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Black Beans
Pour the black beans into a saucepan.  Add 1 tbs fajita seasoning and stir.  Heat until warm and set aside.
Fajita Steak
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Roughly 350 degrees when the lid is closed.
Place the steak directly over heat and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees. The timing will depend on the thickness of the skirt steak.
Once the steak is cooked, remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before dicing.
Assembling the burrito bowl
In a large bowl add 3/4 cup of cilantro lime rice.
Then top with 1/4 cup of the black beans.
Next top with 1/2 cup of the Fajita Steak.
Top with  1/4 cup of salsa.
Next add 1/4 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup of guacamole. You can also add a dollop of sour cream if you wish.
Serve and enjoy.

A burrito without the tortilla. Â Who would have guessed it would be so good.
